  1. Live your life to the fullest. It doesn't matter what others say or think.

  2. Slow down, make a list, and be productive.

  3. Communicate. People, your loved ones, don't know what you need unless you tell them.

  4. Your are the result of all your experiences. Don't allow your thoughts to drown you.

  5. Allow where you are and where you want to be to inspire you and do not let it overwhelm or worry you.

  6. Do not feel guilt for doing what you know is best for you.

  7. Set healthy boundaries. Those that love and respect you will understand.

  8. Place you attentions on the things you want to do rather than the things you think you should be doing.

  9. Growth and change can be uncomfortable, think of a how the butterfly emerges from its cocoon.

  10. Live life until you die.
